Does that say it all or what? No matter what we do in life we should allways strive to be the very best,no half steps,no short cuts.We should put our egos and personalities in check.Scaffold building is a TEAM effort and everyones job is important!From the men in the yard ,the operators,the ground men,the men who stand in formation during a shift handing tree after tree,hor after hor,pan after pan,to the men who build.One is allmost useless without the other.We must allways strive to be the very best at what we do !!!!Without us THE SCAFFOLD DAWGS alot of other trades could not do their jobs.They depend on us to get them where they need to be and so that they can do thier jobs as comfortable and as safe as if they were working on the ground in "normal" conditions.It is also up to us to make sure and to provide them safe egress to their work sites if its 2'off the ground or 200'.Hey, if this work was easy our daughters and grandmothers would be doing it.But they cannot thats why its up to us the SCAFFOLD DAWGS to grin and bear it ,hump and build it!!!!We as professional scaffold builders should allways stand together,WE ARE THE VERY BACK BONE OF MOST INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION!!!!!!!O.S.H.A. requires that we be qualified for reason .We are a specality trade,a lot of lifes depend on what we do for a living.We build it ,We tear it down,Nothing to show for our labors.Our reward is the fact that everyone working on a scaffold goes home safe to the ones that depend on them.Lets let them know that they can depend on us!!!Because we are the best ,We are the SCAFFOLD DAWGS .and we constantly strive to be ONLY THE BEST!!!!                                                                                                                               When you go to work at whatever plant you are working in ,power plant,oil refinery,chemical plant,paper mill,steel mill,WHATEVER HELLISH PLACE you just so happen to be in look around,hold your head up ,stand tall and dont ever let any one,any circumstance,Nothing at all keep you from being the very best .When you are in your element ,doing what we do ,stay focused,your main objective is to get the scaffold built as close to "green" tag status as possible.Know your rules and regulations,also know your limitations and do not exceed them.
